At first you should go to your blogger homepage and select the "Setting" section from the menu bar. Then you will started to do this process-

Create Title:

After clicking the settings you should to click on the "Edit" of  "Title" section and type a title name for your blog(Eg- Example Tech). Then save it. It will showing in the Top body of your website.

 

Create Description:

After that you will see "Description" under the Title section. Then click on "Edit" to create Description about your blog. Your description should have some information regarding your blog posts content and less than 500 character. It will help to readers and Google crawling software to understand the blog.

* Post and page tags:

We want all of our features post and current post should be Index. So, should select "All" and we don't want get any directory page to Index then select "Noodp".

Then you should have to need a valid email I'd for login to "Google search console". Click on "Start Now"  After sign in to search console, you should have to click on "Add Property".
