Recruitment process for multiple posts by Indian Railways department

Indian Railways is about to start the recruitment process for multiple posts. Recently, a notification was published by the Railway Recruitment Board of India. According to the notification, the recruitment process for various posts of Group D is about to start. Interested candidates for Group D post can apply online for the post of Track Maintainer.

Salary

Rs. 18,000 (Level 1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix) + Additional Allowance Vacancies - 40721.

Candidate Age:

The age of the candidate is different for all the lower and upper age limits till 1st July 2019. 

* General Category: 

Age range 18 to 33 (July 1, 2001 to July 2, 1986) 

* OBC (NCL): 

Age range 18 to 36 (July 1, 2001 to July 2, 1983) 

* SC / ST: 

Age range 18 to 38 (1 July 2001 to 2 July 1981) 

Medical standard:  B 1 

General Fitness: 

Must be physically fit in all cases. 

Sight standard: 

Remote vision: 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses (lens power cannot exceed 4D). 

Closer vision:

SN should be 0.6, 0.6 glasses if something is read at close range or at a certain distance. Besides, you have to pass multiple exams including Color Vision, Binocular Vision, Night Vision, Mesopic vision.
