Kolkata Police Recruitment 2021 : Apply for Sub Inspector, Sub Inspectress and Sargent

Kolkata Police got the clearance for recruitment. That appointment will be made through the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board. The application process is going to start from 19 July, 2021 through online and offline. Interestewd and eligible candidates can view full details to apply. 

West Bengal Police Recruitment Board Circular No. 14/2021/WBPRB has mentioned that Sub Inspector / Sub Inspectress (Unarmed Branch) and Sargent of Kolkata Police will be appointed. 

Eligibility Criteria: Kolkata Police Recruitment 2021 - 

Age : 

The age of the applicant should be between 20 years to 27 years as on 01.01.2021. SC / ST (Schedule cast / Schedule tribes) will be exempted from the age limit of 5 years and OBC (Other Backward Classes) will be exempted from 3 years. 

Educational Qualification: 

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in any branch from a recognized university or its equivalent. 

Language: 

The applicant must be able to speak, read and write Bengali fluently. However, this rule will not apply to permanent residents of the hill divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts. 

Deadline: 

Applicants must apply for the posts of Kolkata police recruitment between 19th July 2021 and 19th August 2021 at 5pm. Candidates can apply online or offline. 

Candidates have to apply offline i.e. through postal service by 19th July. Application fee and processing fee should be deposited through Punjab National Bank by 21.08.2021.
