Hide your personal chat or group chat from WhatsApp, here is tricks

Sometimes there is a need to hide some WhatsApp chats. Because you're not interested in seeing them at the top of the chat list. You can easily hide the chat in WhatsApp because the messaging app allows users to hide the chat through the 'Archived' feature. It doesn't move anywhere else, it just stays hidden in WhatsApp.  

How to temporarily hide whatsapp chat?  

First, hold down for 2-3 seconds by pressing on any chat. You will see an archive box in the top section of the WhatsApp app.  

Second, click on the box above to hide your selected chat.  

The important thing here is that the new message from the archived person or group chats will still be archived. You will not receive notifications for archived chats unless you are replying or unarchiving.  

How to make 'hidden' chats visible on Android?  

In this case, first scroll up and go to the end of the chat row, that is, at the end of the chat list. 

Second you will see an archived section there and click on it. You will then see all hidden chats and from there you can undo or revert individual or group chats. In that case, long press on any chat and click on the same archive box.
