1. The first lost phone must be turned on, otherwise it is not possible to find it.  

2. The lost phone must have your Google account logged in.

4. The Google Play Store must be running on that phone.

1. In this case, first turn on WiFi or mobile data on your phone.  

2. Then enter the Settings app on your phone.  

3. Scroll down a bit and enter the Google menu.  

4. Then you have to enter the Find My Device option.  

Now you can turn on the Find My device for your phone. Note that if your phone's settings app has a search feature, then you can easily find this feature by searching directly by typing "Find My Device".
