WhatsApp Payments new feature : Now You can add background on every WhatsApp transaction

Lets check this new feature you will get in the special feature of WhatsApp Payments. This time the users' payment experience is going to be more emotional and memorable, because WhatsApp has come up with a new update for its Payments feature. WhatsApp users in India will now be able to add Payments Background when sending money to their friends or close relatives from the app. The feature is only available to Indian users. The instant messaging app, owned by Facebook, says the feature will help send money as well as create a sweet feeling in people's minds.  

WhatsApp's Payments Background feature is a lot like Google Pay's Payments Background feature. With Gpay, you can now add different backgrounds when sending money, just as you would with WhatsApp.  

Talking about the new feature, Manesh Mahatme, Director, WhatsApp Payments, said, “WhatsApp is a safe place for people to share their thoughts and feelings with their friends and family. With Payments Background, we strive to bring a new dimension to everyday payments made through the app. Users can express their feelings in the payment process through various emotional themes like festival, affection, warmth or fun if they want. We believe that sending and receiving money carries a much deeper meaning than just a transaction. There is an unknown story behind every transaction, Which users will be able to highlight more clearly through this background. We're working hard to roll out many more new features to give users a more engaging and smooth WhatsApp payments experience in the future. ” 

What does it mean to add background to WhatsApp Payments service?   

If you want to add a background to the WhatsApp Payments feature - suppose you want to send money to a friend for an upcoming festival, you can add a festival-related background when sending money. Similarly for birthdays, a payment background decorated with cakes and candles, something like that for 'Raksha Bandhan', something like that for religious ceremonies, a related background can be chosen for sports. This new feature of WhatsApp will also help to clarify the reason behind each transaction and also to remember the payment to the receiver and sender for a long time.   

How to add a background to WhatsApp Payments :   

1) First tap on the chat box of the person you want to send money to.  

2) Now enter the amount of money.  

3) Tap on the background icon.  

4) Scroll through the available options and tap on the background you want to use.  

5) If you want to return your payment message, tap on Payment Amount.  

6) Or tap X to cancel the background options.  

Keep in mind that you can change the amount or enter a description even after adding a background. Adding a background will not affect your chat in any way.
