Indian Railways has decided to start unreserved general category coaches
Considering the commuters, Indian Railways has decided to start unreserved general category coaches in special trains. The Ministry of Railways has issued a notification informing about the fare. Below are some of the trains discussed.

The Ministry of Railways has issued a notification saying that the basic fare of 3AC Economy Coach Mail is 2.4 times less than the base fare of the current sleeper class coach of Express Train. The minimum base fare for this new 3AC economy coach is only 440 rupees, according to Indian Railways!
Train No. 04525/04526, Ambala Cantonment-Sriganganagar special train will have one AC chair car, one third AC, three second chair cars, four unreserved general class and two guard coaches from September 10.
Train No. 04087/04088, Tilak Bridge-Sirsa-Tilak Bridge Special Train will also have two AC chair cars, nine second chair cars (unreserved), five unreserved general classes and two guard coaches from September 10.
Train No. 04711/04712, Haridwar-Sriganganagar-Haridwar special train will have one AC chair car, three second chair cars, seven unreserved general class and two guard coaches from September 10.
A few days ago, Indian Railways announced the introduction of 3AC economy coaches on all mail, express and superfast trains to improve passenger service. It is learned that 50 such coaches have already been provided to various zonal railways.
Indian Railways has learned that for the time being this service will be available on several routes of North Western Railway for commuters. These routes are Ambala Cantonment-Sriganganagar, Haridwar-Sriganganagar-Haridwar and Tilak Bridge-Sirsa-Tilak Bridge. It is learned that these special trains will run on this route every day.
