Graduate Apprentice: 101  

Technician Apprentice: 215  

Trade Apprentices: 965  

Eligibility of application:  

Candidates who have obtained full time degree in Mining Engineering can apply for Graduate Apprenticeship. Also those who have done Diploma in Mining and Mining Survey can apply for the post of Technician. Each applicant must first enroll in the NATS portal.  

Candidates are also eligible to apply for ITI Certificate in various trades such as Computer Operator, Programming Assistant, Draftsman, Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic, Motion, Pump Operator cum Mechanic, Surveyor, Turner, Welder and Wireman. You can. Apprentice term will be 1 year.  

 

Pay scale in Western Coalfields Limited :

Graduate apprentices have been given a monthly salary of Rs 9,000. In addition, technician apprentices will be paid Rs 8000 per month. Among the trade apprentices, those who get 1 year ITI certificate will get Rs. 7700 per month and those who get 2 year ITI certificate will get Rs. 8050 per month.
