According to a report on a website called WABetaInfo, WhatsApp's new feature allows you to share high quality files without compressing the picture or video quality of your device. This means that from now on you can share files of original quality with the help of this feature.
WhatsApp files are automatically compressed when sending photos and videos to WhatsApp. Because whatsapp compresses the quality to deliver the file quickly. As a result, the original quality of the video or picture is lost. On the other hand, many people do not send photos directly to the document file system, there is a small amount of quality loss.
But in the new feature, users will be able to choose whether to send the 'Best quality' file for sending photos or videos or in 'data saver' mode. In other words, users can choose the 'Data Saver' option to consume less data. If you want to keep the picture or video resolution right, you can choose the 'Best Quality' mode. The data cost may be a little higher than the previous option. This new feature is said to be effective for both Android and iPhone users.
