There is a 'notification' option in the menu of Android and iPhone settings. Yet there are a number of issues in introducing this choice in India. Technologists say the ingredient is currently out of use as the Indian Ministry of Health has not approved the option. Because without government approval, it will not be possible to do anything about this API in India.

For example, the "Arogya Setu" app has been launched in the Indian market a few month ago. But this application is not associated with Google's contact tracking API. This is why the approval of government authorities is required. Google and Apple's innovation follows communication via Bluetooth. But "Arogya Setu" invents through the device location there.
