A few days ago, YouTube changed its 'Terms of Service' where some new aspects have been highlighted. They will charge from every user who earns from here and ad will shown on every videos. It will work from 1st June, 2021.

Every YouTube video creator creates content and uploads it to their channel. Through which they usually make money. Only if Google AdSense approval is completed on that channel will start earning. Creators also make money by placing ads in videos on their own. However, the revenue that comes through google ads is based on the view.

The new terms state that every earner will have to pay tax on the money received through youtube. YouTube said that it will be working from June.

Again, Youtube will show advertisement on every videos which are not monetized.

YouTube will run ads on videos created by producers who are disconnected from the YouTube Partner Program. However, uploaders will not be able to make any money from these promotions, YouTube said.

So, this is about 'New terms of service' that is launched by YouTube few days ago. Every year YouTube adds new guidelines, they need to be followed.
