The Center has planned a competition for the 'Swachh Bharat Mission' project. Some organizations like Hindustan Unilever Limited Invest India, AGNIi, Startup India have also collaborated.

The competition is titled 'Grand Water Savings Challenge'. The issue is to build a flash system design for Indian toilets, squat latrines. Along with transparency and hygiene, water conservation should also be taken into consideration.

The main purpose of the subject is to create a design that uses the least amount of water in the flash to keep the toilet clean. Because there are many areas where water crisis has become a bigger problem.

Since then, a notification has been issued by the Government of India. Where stated, if someone can prepare such a design for the latrine, then that person / group will be given a reward of Rs 5 lakh. A prize of Rs 2.5 lakh has been announced for the second place winner in this competition.That said, shelves will be the first to be able to keep latrines clean with as little water retention as possible.
