Who can apply for WB Student Credit Card? What are the conditions to get a credit card?

1) Those who have decided to go to India or abroad for undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral or post doctoral courses in West Bengal can apply for Student Credit Card. (Also for IITS / IMs / NLUS / IAS / IPS / WBCS or other competitive examinations)

2) Having lived in West Bengal for the last 10 years or more, they can apply.

3) Maximum age of applicant for credit card is 40 years. Through which students will get loan.

4) To get a student loan through credit card, students have to have a very good CIBIL Score.

To apply for this Student Credit Card, you must first visit the official website of West Bengal Government- https://wb.gov.in/

Then, On left corner of homepage, you will see an announcement on Student Credit Card Scheme and click on it.

Next, the Registration Form page will be displayed on the screen. Enter the required details like name, date of birth, gender and others details about yourself.

After that, Submit and your registration details will be shown below.

Next apply for Student Credit Card Scheme and complete the procedure. Then you need to download a copy for future reference.
